We start with an initial briefing on your detail wish list. We are capable to take care of everything on your behalf, onsite or remotely sending you images via email; or at times doing video calls on WhatsApp at the supplier’s location so you can see the items you are looking for.

After you choose the final items you want, we will collect the data, photograph and measure everything; and then we will prepare a detailed listing for you to keep track of the volume of your order.

Once the above steps are done, we will send you the detail of your final order with a 50% deposit request to start the production by email. Once we received the deposit, we will then go to each supplier to place your order with all detailed information on how you want your goods done.

We usually do two visits or more if needed to the suppliers to ensure everything is going as planned and make sure that all orders are finished on time.

We will definitely check and double check if all measurements are correct and all the colors match the color samples we are working with. Once the products matched the specs of the order, we will take photos of the products and send the images through Email / WhatsApp for you to visually check for approval.

Once all the goods are ready, we will send the request of payment balance to you so we can arrange the cargo to packed and collect the goods before loading them into the container.
